Fee Policies
- Engagement Letter. Every engagement begins with a written engagement letter confirming scope, fee structure, and estimated total cost.
- Retainer Deposit. New clients fund an initial retainer deposit, drawn against as work progresses. Unused balances refunded.
- Expenses. Out-of-pocket costs (filing fees, travel, courier, notarization) billed at cost. No markup.
- Billing Cycle. Monthly invoices with detailed time entries. Retainer clients receive weekly summaries.
- Payment Terms. Net 15 days. Wire transfer, PayPal, and WeChat Pay accepted.
- No Win, No Fee. We do not offer contingency fee arrangements. All engagements are fee-for-service.
- Currency. Fees quoted in USD. Equivalent RMB based on prevailing exchange rate accepted.
